A classic 1980s retro dress from Rhymes. Bright aqua blue with white polka dots. Turned sleeves, matching belt and pockets!! Buttons up the front above the waist. Giant shoulder pads. Not lined. In very good to excellent condition, there is a little wear to the belt buckle and a few tiny light marks on the back side. See last photo.
